❖ Participants: Interns and Volunteers
Interns: Korean school intern teachers and assistant teachers residing near Pennsylvania, Delaware, and southern New Jersey (priority for 12th grade) and around 4 college students / intern
Volunteers: Middle and high school students (7th to 11th grade), up to 16 on a first-come, first-served basis / Confirmation of volunteer hours issued by the conference

● Conducting a Panel Discussion Through the Next-Generation Seminar
● Expected Activity Duration: Approximately 10 hours

● Specialization of Next-Generation Teacher Expertise to Improve the Quality and Efficiency of Korean Language Education
● Building a Network of Next-Generation Teachers for Mutual Information Exchange
● Expansion of the Training of Next-Generation Teachers who Understand Learners Well in the Rapidly Changing Korean Language Education System, creating a friendly and effective Korean school environment
● Providing opportunities for teachers to educate compatriot students correctly and effectively by using workshop materials for information sharing
● Nurturing college students and 12th-grade youth as next-generation teachers through the Korean School Project
● Providing high school students with an opportunity to engage in future internships with the conference through volunteer activities at the Next-Generation Teacher Workshop.
